1. About Hub.iTroSys

Hub.iTroSys is a directory and discovery platform available at hub.itrosys.com. The platform helps users discover, compare, enquire about, list, and book or request access to co-working spaces, private offices, event venues, corporate party spaces, and related workspace or venue solutions.

In these Terms, “Hub.iTroSys”, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean the operator of hub.itrosys.com. “User”, “you”, and “your” mean any person or entity that accesses or uses the website. “Space Provider” means any owner, manager, operator, broker, representative, or other person who submits, manages, promotes, or responds to enquiries for a listing on the platform.

The platform is designed to connect people looking for spaces with people or businesses that provide those spaces. Unless expressly stated in writing by Hub.iTroSys, we do not own, operate, inspect, employ staff at, or control the listed third-party spaces.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By using the website or any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced in these Terms, including the Privacy Policy and any Refund and Returns Policy published on the website.

If you use Hub.iTroSys on behalf of a company, organization, partnership, proprietorship, venue, or other legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, “you” includes both you and the entity you represent.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the website, create an account, submit enquiries, add listings, or rely on information available through the platform.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to create an account, submit a listing, book a space, make a payment, or use business-facing features of the platform.

Some features may require account registration, sign-in, Google login, or other authentication. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account details updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, misuse, or any security issue related to your account.

We may refuse registration, restrict access, suspend an account, or remove account privileges where we believe there has been misuse, inaccurate information, violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or risk to users, Space Providers, or the platform.

4. Services and Platform Role

Hub.iTroSys may provide tools and content such as search, category browsing, city-based discovery, listing pages, enquiry forms, booking-related features, wishlist or bookmark features, listing submission tools, admin panels for listing management, newsletters, blog posts, mobile-friendly access, and links to app-store pages or third-party services.

The website may display information such as prices, facilities, availability status, contact information, location maps, photos, descriptions, reviews, testimonials, and other listing content. This information may be provided by Space Providers, third parties, or publicly available sources and may change without notice.

Hub.iTroSys is primarily an online discovery and connection platform. We may facilitate communication, enquiries, listing visibility, online booking steps, or payment-related workflows, but the actual availability, condition, suitability, safety, legality, pricing, access, staff conduct, and fulfillment of a third-party space remain the responsibility of the relevant Space Provider unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

5. Listings, Space Providers, and User Enquiries

Users may browse listings, save or bookmark listings, compare options, submit enquiries, request calls, contact Space Providers, or proceed with booking-related steps where available.

You understand that listing information is provided for convenience and discovery. You should independently verify all important details before visiting, paying, booking, relying on, or entering into any agreement for a listed space. This includes, without limitation, the location, price, taxes, deposits, facilities, capacity, seating type, access timing, cancellation rules, identity of the provider, licenses, safety arrangements, parking, internet, power backup, and any restrictions on use.

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee availability, acceptance, final pricing, booking confirmation, or service delivery. A booking or reservation is confirmed only when the applicable Space Provider or Hub.iTroSys, as relevant, confirms it in writing or through the platform and any required payment or documentation is completed.

Hub.iTroSys may, at its discretion, edit, reject, moderate, verify, feature, hide, suspend, or remove any listing or enquiry-related content where we believe it is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, duplicate, outdated, low quality, abusive, or inconsistent with these Terms or platform standards.

6. Bookings, Pricing, Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Prices shown on the website may be listed in Indian Rupees or other supported currencies and may represent indicative, starting, package, daily, monthly, seat-based, room-based, event-based, or provider-defined pricing. Prices may change based on date, duration, capacity, tax, deposit, add-ons, provider policy, availability, negotiation, or other conditions.

Unless expressly stated, prices displayed on Hub.iTroSys are not a final quotation and may not include all taxes, statutory charges, deposits, service charges, utilities, overtime, cleaning, food and beverage charges, equipment charges, parking charges, security charges, or other provider-specific fees.

If payments are enabled through the platform, payments may be processed by third-party payment gateways, banks, card networks, UPI providers, wallet providers, or other payment service providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, fees, chargeback rules, refund timelines, and compliance checks.

Where a payment or booking is made directly with a Space Provider outside Hub.iTroSys, the payment, invoice, receipt, cancellation, refund, service quality, and dispute will be governed by the agreement and policies between you and that Space Provider. Hub.iTroSys is not responsible for direct payments, cash transactions, off-platform arrangements, or promises made by third parties.

Cancellations, refunds, rescheduling, no-show charges, security deposits, return of deposits, and booking modifications are governed by the applicable listing terms, Space Provider policy, written confirmation, and any Refund and Returns Policy or cancellation policy displayed on the website. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific written booking confirmation issued by Hub.iTroSys, the specific booking confirmation will apply only to that booking.

You agree to provide correct billing, tax, contact, and payment information. We may cancel, reject, or hold a booking or transaction if payment fails, details appear inaccurate, fraud risk is detected, required verification is not completed, or the requested space is unavailable.

7. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use Hub.iTroSys lawfully, responsibly, and only for legitimate personal, professional, business, workspace, event, or listing-related purposes.

You must not:

• submit false, misleading, incomplete, fraudulent, or unauthorized information;
• impersonate another person, business, Space Provider, or organization;
• use the platform to harass, threaten, defame, spam, mislead, exploit, or harm any person;
• post, upload, transmit, or link to unlawful, obscene, abusive, discriminatory, hateful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful content;
• attempt to bypass security, interfere with the website, introduce malware, scrape data at scale, reverse engineer the platform, or overload our systems;
• copy, resell, sublicense, commercially exploit, or misuse platform data except as allowed by these Terms;
• use listings, contact details, enquiry forms, reviews, or platform tools for unsolicited marketing, lead scraping, spam, or competitive database creation;
• make off-platform arrangements for the purpose of avoiding applicable platform fees, verification, policies, or safety processes where such processes apply;
• violate applicable laws, including laws relating to consumer protection, data protection, intellectual property, taxation, payments, real estate, workplace safety, licensing, advertising, or cyber security.

You are responsible for your conduct while communicating with Space Providers or other users and while visiting or using any listed space. You must comply with the provider’s house rules, safety instructions, access procedures, building rules, and applicable laws.

8. Space Provider Responsibilities

If you add, claim, manage, or promote a listing, you represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, authority, approvals, and licenses required to list, promote, offer, manage, and provide the space or related services.

Space Providers are responsible for:

• ensuring that all listing descriptions, prices, photos, availability, facility details, address details, maps, policies, and contact information are accurate, current, lawful, and not misleading;
• honoring confirmed commitments, responding to enquiries professionally, and communicating material changes promptly;
• complying with all applicable laws, licenses, municipal rules, building rules, fire safety requirements, labour rules, tax requirements, accessibility requirements, insurance obligations, and other regulatory obligations;
• maintaining the space in a safe, clean, usable, and lawful condition and ensuring that staff, security, and vendors act appropriately;
• handling invoices, taxes, receipts, refunds, deposits, customer service, disputes, damages, cancellations, rescheduling, and service delivery for bookings or arrangements made with them;
• ensuring that any images, brand names, content, or materials uploaded by them do not infringe any third-party rights.

Hub.iTroSys may require verification, additional information, updates, supporting documents, or content changes before publishing or continuing to display a listing. We may remove or suspend listings where we believe they are inaccurate, risky, unlawful, inactive, unsuitable, or harmful to the platform or users.

9. User Content, Reviews, Comments, and Submissions

The platform may allow users or Space Providers to submit listings, photos, descriptions, enquiries, reviews, testimonials, ratings, comments, blog comments, messages, business details, profile information, or other content (collectively, “User Content”).

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant Hub.iTroSys a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, edit, translate, moderate, adapt, distribute, promote, and use such User Content in connection with operating, improving, marketing, and protecting the platform.

You confirm that your User Content is accurate, lawful, not confidential unless submitted through designated private channels, and does not violate any contract, law, or third-party right. We are not obligated to publish, maintain, or return User Content.

Reviews, testimonials, comments, and ratings reflect the views of the person submitting them and not necessarily the views of Hub.iTroSys. We may moderate, remove, or refuse content that appears false, paid without disclosure, abusive, irrelevant, defamatory, promotional spam, or otherwise inconsistent with platform standards.

10. Intellectual Property

All website design, layout, software, platform features, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, brand elements, selection and arrangement of content, and other materials owned or licensed by Hub.iTroSys are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may access and use the website only for the purposes permitted by these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, frame, mirror, sell, lease, reproduce, scrape, extract, or create derivative works from the website or platform content except with our prior written permission or as permitted by applicable law.

Third-party trademarks, business names, listing names, images, maps, reviews, and other content may belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the website does not imply endorsement, partnership, ownership, or authorization unless expressly stated.

11. Third-Party Services, Links, Maps, Login, and Apps

The website may include links, integrations, embeds, or tools from third parties, including maps, social media platforms, payment gateways, analytics tools, app stores, Google login, provider websites, messaging tools, or other external services.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, practices, fees, content, products, or services of third-party websites, platforms, gateways, or providers.

If you use Google login or any other third-party sign-in method, you authorize the relevant third-party service to share the authentication information needed to create or access your Hub.iTroSys account, subject to the permissions and privacy settings you choose with that third party.

Links to app stores or mobile apps do not guarantee that an app will be available, compatible, uninterrupted, or unchanged. App use may be subject to separate app-store rules and app-specific terms.

• any Space Provider will respond, confirm, honor, modify, cancel, refund, or deliver a service as expected;
• prices, photos, facilities, ratings, availability, maps, contact information, or reviews will always be accurate or current;
• the website, account access, search, maps, bookings, forms, emails, payment flows, or third-party integrations will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
• any workspace, office, venue, event space, corporate party space, or related service will meet your expectations, legal requirements, business needs, safety requirements, or technical requirements.

You are responsible for conducting your own checks and exercising reasonable care before visiting, booking, paying for, entering, or using any listed space. Nothing on the website constitutes legal, financial, tax, real estate, safety, investment, or professional advice.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hub.iTroSys and its owners, directors, officers, employees, consultants, vendors, affiliates, and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages, including loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, loss of data, loss of opportunity, business interruption, or reputational harm, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, or otherwise.

Without limiting the above, Hub.iTroSys will not be responsible for disputes, losses, injuries, damages, cancellations, refunds, delays, misrepresentations, property damage, personal injury, service failures, safety incidents, access issues, quality issues, or payment issues arising from or relating to third-party Space Providers, third-party users, third-party websites, payment gateways, or off-platform arrangements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the website, platform, or these Terms will be limited to the amount, if any, paid directly by you to Hub.iTroSys for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability. If no amount was paid directly to Hub.iTroSys, our total liability will be limited to INR 1,000.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hub.iTroSys and its owners, directors, officers, employees, consultants, vendors, affiliates, and representatives from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or relating to:

• your access to or use of the website or platform;
• your breach of these Terms or any referenced policy;
• your User Content, listing, enquiry, communication, review, comment, or submission;
• your direct or off-platform arrangement with any user, Space Provider, customer, vendor, or third party;
• your violation of law, regulation, license requirement, contract, or third-party right;
• any fraud, negligence, misconduct, misrepresentation, unauthorized use, payment dispute, chargeback, tax issue, safety issue, or service issue caused by you or by any person using your account.

16. Suspension, Termination, and Removal of Content

We may suspend or terminate your account, restrict access, remove or hide listings, disable features, block enquiries, cancel platform access, or take other protective action at any time if we believe that:

• you have violated these Terms or any applicable policy;
• your conduct creates legal, security, financial, reputational, operational, or safety risk;
• your listing or content is inaccurate, outdated, unlawful, duplicate, misleading, abusive, infringing, or unsuitable;
• we are required to do so by law, regulator, court order, payment partner, hosting provider, or other authority;
• continued access may harm users, Space Providers, third parties, Hub.iTroSys, or the integrity of the platform.

Termination or suspension does not limit our right to retain records, enforce rights, remove content, pursue remedies, or comply with legal obligations. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, dispute resolution, and payment-related obligations.

17. Changes to the Website and Terms

We may update, modify, suspend, discontinue, replace, or remove any part of the website, features, listings, categories, policies, pricing displays, booking flows, or content at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means that you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the website.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights or statutory jurisdiction that cannot be excluded, courts and competent authorities located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, the website, or the platform.

Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us and make a reasonable, good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or protective relief where necessary.
